Mental Health Portal UX Design
Working with a digital agency in Los Angeles, I designed the user experience for the Member Portal of a new online mental health service.
My role: information architecture, wireframes, and visual design for mobile and desktop web flows
Timeline: two weeks (completed in 2019)
Area of Focus

User Personas and Storymap

Mobile Web Wireframes
Based on existing user personas, storymaps, and other inputs, I created wireframes that demonstrated how users might interact with the mobile web portal.
Throughout the design process, I looked for opportunities to refine the steps and messaging and create new interactions and content to improve the overall experience.
User Experience Flows: Onboarding, Portal Homepage, Chats, Calls, Scheduling, Groups
